Refund Policy

We do not refund on purchases made, but you may exchange within 14 days of item receipt.  To return an item shipped to you, please contact My Walk-In Closet at to arrange for the return. Item must still have tags attached and be in the original, unwashed condition. All shipping is at buyer's expense. Items returned or brought in for exchange with perfume, deodorant marks, pet hair, or other odors will be returned to the buyer at the buyer's expense and no exchange will be accepted. ALL SALES FINAL ON SALE ITEMS AND SPECIAL DEALS. SWIMWEAR AND HOLIDAY/SEASON SPECIFIC ITEMS ARE ALSO ALL SALES FINAL.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
